Terms of sale

1. Parties

Seller: Crime Records AS, org.nr 812 662 732 , Oscars gate 2B, 3725 Skien, Norway, shop@crimerecords.no, 95151414
Buyer: Private individual or business that makes purchases through Crime Records AS.

2. Payment

Payment is made via card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.

3. Delivery

Goods are shipped within 5 business days of receipt of payment, with delivery via selected carrier. Buyer is responsible for providing correct delivery address. Risk for the goods passes to buyer upon receipt.

4. Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The buyer must notify the seller in writing. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the buyer covers the return cost, unless the seller offers free returns.

5. Return

Return of goods must be made to: Crime Records AS, Oscars gate 2B, 3725 Skien, Norway. When returning, the buyer must state the order number and reason. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded within 7 days.

6. Complaints handling

In the event of errors or defects, a minimum 2-year right of complaint applies in accordance with EU consumer regulations. The buyer reports via shop@crimerecords.no, and the seller covers the necessary costs in the event of a justified complaint.

7. Conflict resolution

Disputes will be resolved amicably. If necessary, the buyer may use the European Commission's online complaint portal ( https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr ). If legal proceedings are necessary, the case will be decided according to the buyer's jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
